Welcome to Quincy! By using Quincy (the “Bot”) on Discord, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “TOS”). Please read them carefully before using the Bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quincy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Bot.

2. Bot Usage

  • Quincy is provided as-is. The Bot is intended to enhance your experience on Discord, and usage of the Bot is entirely at your own risk.
  • The Bot’s primary functionalities include (but are not limited to):
    • Reminders
    • Stat Trackers
    • Fun & Utility commands

3. User Conduct

While using Quincy, you agree not to:

  • Violate any local, state, or international laws.
  • Use the Bot to spam, harass, or spread harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Bot.
  • Use any automated systems (bots, scripts, etc.) to interact with Quincy without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user for violating these terms without prior notice.

4. Privacy Policy

By using Quincy, you understand and agree to our Privacy Policy. The Bot may collect certain data as part of its normal operation, such as:

  • User IDs
  • Server IDs
  • Message content related to the bot’s functions (e.g., moderation commands)

This data is used solely to provide services and improve Quincy. It will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

5. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify Quincy at any time without prior notice. This includes adding, removing, or changing functionalities. We will do our best to communicate major changes to users, but continued use of the Bot after updates signifies your acceptance of those changes.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict access to the Bot at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators, developers, or maintainers of Quincy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Bot is provided “as is,” and we do not make any warranties, express or implied, about its functionality, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Bot following changes signifies your acceptance of the updated TOS.
